The Working Group was created in 2016, bringing together faculty members, researchers, technical and administrative staff, and students. Its mission is to promote and value diversity at Técnico through actions that strengthen inclusion in a broad sense, with particular emphasis on gender equality, EQUAL opportunities and RESPECT for diversity.

The Group’s composition has evolved over time and currently includes an executive core and Advisory members.
